Felix's best friend.
I've redesigned Rosco to be a bit more... "modern"? I don't know, I just felt like he needed an overhaul.
I've also been thinking of giving Rosco a pickup or some kind of truck, or just making him outright a trucker. Someone says my redesign gives off trucker vibes and I'm feeling that too so... time will tell.
