The show was over and the winners were announced. Some entrants would always be disappointed...
some entrants would always be surprised, some just getting what they expected.
Damon was incredibly proud of Swan to finish the first show of her season with a placement.
a SECOND. He gave the mare all the pets and praise she deserved before entering the arena again
to receive her ribbon. They soon met the winner, a lanky, young grey Zlesdin stallion.
The RPS leader had always thought the breed had a particularly regal appearance,
but this boy despite his seemingly young age stood out from the crowd.
Of course he also paid attention to the rider, their performance earlier was remarkable,
such a talented pair. It sparked some feel of rivalry in the old Admiral...it's been ages he
truly felt like turning the dressage ring into a friendly war zone.
The last person who could inspire him to such, was the Boss of Dark Lake Stables.... he often
wondered what had happened to that german high class stable? How did they vanish entirely from the public,
how did they cut every contact and no message had been replied to.

Sagadir suddenly showed interest in the mare, who was absolutely not in the mood for flirting...
she heard STORIES about The Winner Circle from pasture mates and was eager to turn around and leave.
Damon however couldn't help it. "So which event you plan enter next or should i send my spies on you?" he
over-acted a thick russian accent he usually covered well with his surprisingly posh jamaican english.
A dark grin was on his lips when the first clueless blond turned his head to look at him. With a smug smile
worth an Oscar nomination he replied "scared to come spy on me yourself?"
Damon was surprised the youngster had the guts for a reply like that, oh finally someone who didn't
fear a little teasing "Nah mate, just busy running a stable, you know what they say, keep the professionals doing their job."
Simon winked at him confidently "Oh I absolutely agree, that's why I have people to take care of that for me
so I can focus on training. You know, like a professional." covering flawlessly that he probably will sleep with lights on for the next couple weeks.
With the most devilish smirk, Damon continued to lead Swan out of the arena... Absolutely not bluffing.
He could nooot wait to let Vidar know about his newest rival 8)
