Description
Wolves dance and leap through the night,
Black on black,
white on white,
and every shade of brown and grey,
they flow,
twist,
fly through the snow,
over the mountains,
spook the herds,
howl to the stars,
and as she full moon sets,
and the red sun rises over the hills,
they fade into the day,
like shadows,
like snow when the sun shines warm and deep,
but always they return, when the full moon rises,
and night becomes day.
