Description Traffic officer and police officer calmly chatting in the middle of highway in center of Belgrade... They were there for like 20 minutes while I was waiting for bus. Chatting while cars were going around them.

Sometimes police arrogance just makes me mad, but they are amazing when street photography is concerned!
