Alrighty, this is another reference to help me with an animated commission to go along with this one:As with the previous reference, I attempted to keep Frisk as close to the in game design as possible, but of course with only so many pixels to base it off of, I decided to also use the official figurine as a reference as well. Β And maybe some slight inspiration from the characters in Zelda: Wind Waker.

Did they seriously somehow taint your memories of playing it for the first time, irreparably? Can you really, honestly say that some fandom made even playing those games annoying and unbearable?Β
The answer really ought to be "no." Don't get me wrong--I don't mean to sound like an ass, but other people and weird shit in a fandom really should not be the thing that defines your opinion of something.
Case in point--I love FNAF and Undertale too, in spite of the weird shit I've seen from the fandoms. That's because my opinion is based solely on the merits of the creator of those games and the games themselves, not some creepy pic or fanfic made by strangers who I'll never meet.Β Now I'm not denying that the fandoms aren't fucking weird at times, and you do have a right to be annoyed at the weirdness that they make. But weirdos like that are everywhere, in every fandom (some are just more obvious than others). Considering that, your opinions on those games should be based solely on the games themselves, not fan content made by strangers, because they are two very different things.
If complete strangers truly have enough power and influence over you to be able to "ruin" something for you, then that's more a problem with you than the fandom, because you allowed someone else's ideas to affect your own. The only person who can truly "ruin" something for you is yourself.
