Wow, I finally created a new character after almost a year!

Actually, I believe some of you have seen him once before when I was just beginning to design him. I added him at the bottom of this meme a few months ago: [link]
His design hasn’t changed much since then, but his personality did.

So this is Radar the bat. Yeah, I know bats aren’t supposed to have feathery tails, and they aren’t supposed to have actual hands, so you don’t need to point it out.

I’m sorry for the ugly sketches, but with school work holding me back, it’s hard to paint everything without spending weeks on it.

Okay, now onto Radar’s info!

Name: Radar (I need to think of a last name)

Nicknames: Red, Ray, Dark, Echo

Age: 15

Special skills: He has incredible hearing, can see clearly in the dark by echolocation, and is able to fly at high speeds.

weaknesses: He’s very slow on the ground and has a hard time running on foot, can be a little gullible at times, and doesn’t have the best eyesight in daylight.

Appearance: By looking at this picture you’d probably assume he’s kind of small. But in truth, he’s pretty big. In fact, he’s quite a bit taller than Dream, but shorter than Ark. And because of this, he can appear to be a little intimidating. Another characteristic of his are the red bands that ‘clip’ onto his forearms.

Personality: He’s fairly calm and is devoted to his friends and family, and is also very expressive. He enjoys making harmless jokes and can be pretty sarcastic. He’s also very optimistic and he would rarely ever be seen with a frown. It’s also very hard to offend him. By his appearance, most would assume he is very child-like, but in reality he is very mature for his age and can be pretty wise if he chooses to be.

Family/friends: He doesn’t have any siblings, but he does have a mother and a father. However not much is known about them since they disappeared when Radar was very young. He’s great friends with Dream and Ark, although he tends to irritate the latter XD

Crush: None.

Likes: Dark places, flying, climbing trees, sleeping, the colour red, eating and hanging out with friends.

Dislikes: Running, extremely loud noises, pessimistic people, and of course people who hurt him or anyone else.
