My entry for 's favorite Lieutenant Contest.I couldn't pick just ONE Vice Captain, so I chose my favorite two. Kira Izuru of the third division and Kuchiki Rukia of the thirteenth division.
A LOT of work went into this. Around 17 hours from concept to completion. I'm very satisfied with the result, but who knows, maybe I'll end up fixing a few things eventually
