Christie Monteiro is a character in the Tekken series of video games. She made her first appearance in Tekken 4 and returned for all subsequent releases except Tekken 7. ( Which was a shame! ) Christie is Brazilian and was designed to be the 'sex-appeal' character with much of her clothing being revealing. Her grandfather is a Capoeira master. She cares deeply for her friend, Eddy Gordo, who learned capoeira from her grandfather, and in turn taught her. She share no apparent connection with the other brazilian woman in the game Katarina Alves -but that may change.
