Very interesting indeed. I enjoy how the shading continues between the different element changes to further loose the eye into a sense of altered depth. This is great for its creative approach. Nice work.

... I don't know, I'm not impressed, looks like a room with a reflection, just not displaying the reflection of the real environment.

I'm seeing the depth, but I'm not feeling it. For some reason, this is flat to me. And I think I'm a freak considering what every one else is saying. It reminds me of tromploid... but not as tricky as really good tromploid. I /wanted/ my eyes to google and I /wanted/ to feel dizzy. I just don't. I honestly think it's the shade of grey used for the shadowing. This piece wants me to feel depth, but I'm not feeling depth. *sigh* I blame my eyes, then. It's still a very cool and classy art work, though! Great job in making it look neat!

It's a two-dimensional image of a three-dimensional object.
Now that we've got the pretentiousness out of the way, I can go on with my comment. It's a quite nice idea, although a bit too high on the 'randomness' scale to me. Randomness should be interpreted as random fields/blobs of either black or white. The idea could have been visualised stronger if it was a little more simplified, a little less lines, a little less of the this and that. Nice work anyway.
