Please educate yourselves before condemning this technology. Copyright law protects the tangible expression of an idea, such as a painting, book or song, not the underlying concept or style itself. Therefore, AI models trained on public data are lawful and permitted.

If you disagree, I understand, but I must clarify: I utilize advanced AI tools like StabilityAI's Stable Diffusion (version 2.0 and above), as well as Midjourney and BlueWillow - the companies responsible for these capabilities, not I. You would need to take legal action against them, not an individual creator like myself. Pursuing widespread copyright claims would also require case-by-case considerations, prohibited in most nations via summary judgment.

Should you pursue a case against my work, I welcome the opportunity to defend myself as a practicing designer and illustrator with an degree from the UAM (Mexico) since 2008. The majority of my uploads are repurposed and unmonetized, showcasing my talent, not diminishing it. I work within my country, producing books for select publishers - not competing with or undermining other artists.

My intent here is to showcase innovative possibilities, not denigrate the value of human creativity and skill. If you perceive it as such, the fault may lie more with your own doubts than the technology itself. I must insist that immature claims and rallies are unwelcome. I aim to elevate all forms of artistry.

Open and constructive dialogue is encouraged, but vexatious grievances shall receive no further reply.
