took me forever to select a color scheme, and then some to make this bad boy glitch
i am definitely stepping out of my comfort zone here; making something similar to my previous neon skull drawing , but with a distinctive vibe has proven to be more challenging than i thought! and there's at least another one in the making because i have a tiny obsession over skulls
