I really love the dress design on this doll! The ruffled skirt and the striped bodice are so cute. The colors in the outfit are beautiful. I love that shade green you used. I like the way you tied the ribbon around her arm, and my favorite part is her hat. *sneaks up behind doll and steals hat*
