i'll try to translate it for u ... though my translation 'll not fully provide the whole meaning in arabic and the beauty of the word choice,
it says:
-live only among those who are wise
-and avoid the ignorant nosy ones
-drink the virulent poison from a wise man
-and pour on the ground the curative of ignorance

drink the virulent poison from a wise man: it means ignore cruelness, rudeness disagreement and contradiction in believes and thoughts between you and the wise person who he possesses the greatest wisdom and knowledge .. and try to learn it from him ...
