I've noticed "Steven Universe" has got a lot of gems who have never revealed their weapons. Here's my interpretation.
The Diamonds get diamond-tipped staffs; light comes out of them. (Although I also like this interpretation ). Their Pearls all get spears, like ours.
Sapphire gets a hitting glove that looks like one of those Socker Bopper things from the 90s. I was thinking: Garnet's gauntlets, minus Ruby's glove.
The Zircons get gavels, because lawyers.
Nephrite gets an arm-mounted chomper, because those Centipeetle jaws have to have come from somewhere.
Since the Ruby we like has a gauntlet for her hand, and the Eyeball Ruby has a dagger for her eye, I've interpreted the other rubies as having weapons that fit the corresponding parts of their bodies: Army gets a chain-gauntlet for her arm, Doc gets a buttress for her chest, Navy gets a bumper for her belly, and Leggie gets a boot for her leg.
The Famethyst all get whips of various styles and brands. Skinny Jasper and Carnelian respectively get the sides and the top of a helmet, because I've always had this theory that they'd just turn into the Jasper we know if they ever fused, and I wanted two things that would add up to form Jasper's helmet.
Assuming the Off-Colors can even afford weapons, Fluorite would get a pinwheel (a combination of her six components' weapons), Rhodonite would get a lance (her Ruby's glove and her Pearl's spear put together), Rutile would get two slingshots fused together (an ordinary Rutile would get one, but this Rutile's personality is that they're twinned), and Padparadscha would get a glove like any corundum. Their adversarial Emerald would get a knife.

Note: Some gems aren't represented here because I consider something they have to be their weapons: e.g., Peridot's propeller hand and Spinel's scythe. Also, Jade isn't here because I simply don't think she's major enough.
