I put my normal women's cotton panties (knickers) on first, followed by the plastic panties and then my women's medical compression tights.
Underneath my tights, the plastic panties do not LOOK too different from my normal cotton panties, which are invisible here underneath the plastic panties. My tights also considerably reduce the noise which betrays the fact that I am wearing plastic panties.
