Thanks! I use a Staedtler 2mm lead holder. Preferred leads are 2B and HB

yes it is. A Staedtler 2mm lead holder. I was using an HB lead.

If you don't mind me asking: What do you find more appealing about the HB lead versus cheaper lead options?

I've tried the cheaper ones and I didnt like how the lead crumbles as I sketch. I like Staedtler's quality.
