indeed. they preserved the most well known parts of the most well known dutch navy ship by then.... there is now an 'battle simulator' in the bridge, as part of the museum.

I have absolutely no idea I don't think there is an enemy named, they just let the people who visit the museum experience what it is to be on the bridge of an warship in action. I have yet to go there to take a look myself.... it's at the other end of the country, one day of traveling for me.
