Monimoni's Bday is coming in
Monimoni - is the very first adopted OC in CNSY and one of the mascot that don't speak human language. She speak NOM language (New Ordinary Matter) meaning a language not very familiar to human language. She was named Monimoni because of what she speak... "monimoni, mon monini!" (I am happy)
Monimoni means I
Mon is extension
Monini means Happy or joy (Monnini means the opposite)
My OC's birthday is based on the exact date where they were made, created, or adopted. The years of age is for me to decide and for Monimoni, she was adopted in Feb 25.

Yeah, it will tell everyone the story why Monimoni hated Hanihani so much when back in the days, they use to be like best friends more like sisters. When Guniguni came by.... (Can't spoil you yet, makes to suspense of the story really not suspense anymore xD)

Yeah, I will die if those data won't be able to be recovered. I spend the entire 2-3 years of it starting 2010 all thrown away because I'm so stupid. Even my powerpoints and school homeworks in there. That's why I going in PH is like to escape everyone. I know people will kill me after loosing those files... well, I hope it will be fixed though.

What programs did you use for this? I'm new to the group and no one seems to know how to fill me in on how everything works. I need a tutorial lol.

The programs I used in independent animation is toonboom. CNSY animators uses TVPaint, ToonBoom, Pencil, AnimeStudio, Flip Digicel and RETAS. Although they have all softwares, we commonly use toonboom for projects.
Well as a member of the group, you can submit everything and talk pretty much anyone with your heart desire. If you're talking about RankingMembership like I said before, we don't let members function without specific task and task only given to each registrant privately.
Ask RankingMembers from Leadstaff, OfficialMembers, to StarMembers for more info. They should also give you tips to pass registration and we currently have SM only available for registration.
Also about the recruit. My friend told me I promise you something, I actually was thinking of asking you but I didn't promise anything on that conversation. I know you want to expand knowledge with animation and also at least try learning our system but I decided to just keep my Leadstaff intact for now rather than having new personel for the task. OM and SM get assignments sometimes about animation so if you really want to learn system, SM will be the start. Just to clear up everything cause I don't know what problem will it create to other LS and it seems that they didn't like the idea of just randomly chugging in someone randomly and I still have HDD issues to fix so I don't know how the probability. I just want you to know this now cause I don't like you having full expectations on being a leadstaff cause I don't think that will happen unless you prove your worth being a Starmember or Officialmember. That's all I can say. I also talk to HLS Geinst about it. I ask him to help you around if necessary with the group but about the registration and all, ask Starmembers or Officialmembers as LeadStaffs know a few about group management. That's all. Don't be shy to talk to other members, they could help you around.

I said "RJ told me I have promise" - This phrase means "RJ told me I will be a great addition to the group, so long as I follow the rules and participate accordingly". It's a summed version of that.
"I know you want to expand knowledge with animation and also at least try learning our system" - I just want to learn the programs so that I'm ready to use them when need be.
"I don't like you having full expectations on being a leadstaff" - I wanna be at the top of my game when I apply during the open registration period. I don't expect to get in, but at least I'll be able to support myself if I don't.
If you need me to clarify something for you don't hesitate to ask. Often times my words don't get through to you and I think that's because of language boundries.
I asked Geinst about what I should do about getting to know other members, and how well knit they are. He also kept bringing up registration, which is NOT what I was interested in. I just want to know how you all operate as a family, how I contribute to the group (Fanart, designs, animation?) etc.
Like I've said before, If you have any questions about what I'm saying, copy it, and send it back my way with a question on what you're looking for in clarification.

Oh I see, sorry for my misunderstanding. True because somehow my english sucks sometimes but not literally.
I don't really know how to sum another one. I seriously gotta rethink of this part first before I actually attempt to open registry for leadstaff. I just have less time to organize my group currently that's why I sometimes leave it to some one to manage it while I'm away. I can go anywhere without my activity needed with the help of RNKM so I really have messed up organize schedule.
To get to know members, just ask around like I said just keep talking and socializing. The groups goal is To entertain, to social, and to improve. The group welcomes open chat with members. (I just don't know how to operate with the chat itself.) Anyways, I did tell all RNKM to return registration to any following members asking about group management and stuffs being part of community activity as volunteer. If you told Geinst nothing about those rather than just getting to know members, I will tell him about that. Pretty much, you can submit everything in the group in the right folder.
Oh I have no questions whatsoever about it, I truly understand it. I was just trying to explain about what Geinst told me. I hope he's not being rough on you, he's one of my assistant in animation and don't know a lot about groups so just ask Starmembers or officialmembers.
Do you want me to ask some RNKM to tour you around instead? I could do that if you really are interested in getting to know the group first. I think that SM and OM will be a great help. Sorry if my LS is not helpful but if you want to try it by yourself, ask SM or OM.

Sure that's how you get to know others. I gave you the address of all SM or you can always check their cute faces in the groups wall and click it. Most of them are girls so I know you can handle girl conversations pretty well xD.
Yeah, just comment and basically encouragement comments is one thing in the group and that's how you could get to know everyone. If you want to be a contributor with help, I can promote you as a contributor of the group. Contributors don't affiliate with Ranking System but they also get heads up with the groups updates and more. But yeah, get to know more people so they could help you as well.
