Description
Something personal. Voleur needed a new ref.
Also, art might be a bit slower for a while because recently my hand, wrist, and fingers have been aching like crazy whenever I go to draw. ; o;

Personality: HUGE DIRTBAG.

❤'s: Birds || Humming || Music || Money || Things of Value || Finch’s company || Selling things to you! ||
✘'s: Close physical contact with people || Staying in one place for too long || Thieves || Bandits || Spicy flavors || Losing things || People who come to his shop to just “look around.” ||
Items: Voleur carries with him a couple of small bags on a leather harness. These bags, though they may appear small, are magical and have a very interesting history behind how he obtained them. With a spell of infinite storage put over them, he is able to fit whatever items he wants within the void that is the inside of these bags. Some of the things he keeps hidden away in them are: An innumerable assortment of jewels of varying rarities, A substantial amount of coin, which he of course earned by way of “business,” Varying types of feed, both for he and Finch, and for his birds, A small assortment of charms meant to bring him luck and wealth (though he of course doesn’t believe in such things.) A few decorative bird cages, And sometimes even his birds themselves! (Don’t worry, the bag is safe for small living creatures. )
About:
A persistant and amicable merchant. Voleur will try with great effort to sell his wares to passerby's he meets in any town, small village, or road along the way. His main product is birds of all shapes and sizes, along with the various cages and feed to go with them; however, these should be purchased with some amount of caution as the birds appear to have all been trained to escape from the buyer and fly back home to be resold by Voleur another day.
Though he is clearly a scandal, Voleur still makes it a point to separate himself from lowly thieves.
"I'm a cheat, not a robber! There's a difference sweet pea."
This can somewhat be proven true by the fact that, though he will scam any visitors to his shop, if the customer continuously returns and Voleur becomes familiar with and attached to them, he will eventually give up on trying to cheat them, and will just let the buyer take whatever they like at a very reduced price, for a favor, or even for free. (Though hardly any of them stick around long enough to know this.)
Voleur also travels with his young companion Finch, whom he’d met whilst wandering one day. At first he tried to sell them one of his many birds, but quickly realized this would not work as they were either too oblivious or too unresponsive to make any sort of purchase. Though they were good for one thing, keeping he and his wares safe from bandits and thieves. So after they’d helped him out of trouble for the first time, he decided to let them accompany him. In exchange they would provide protection and care for his birds. They didn’t mind at all and happily joined. While Voleur won’t openly admit that he enjoys their company, he secretly cares for Finch and wants to help them grow into a kind and respectable citizen. He also just enjoys having a friend.
