Like most paleo-lovers I have an affinity for retro paleoart. It's always fun to look back at how dinosaurs were depicted in days long past. I got the urge to do a retro Tyrannosaurus rex, about how paleoartists might have depicted it back in the 1940s. Images like this are really a permanent feature of paleoart. The tail dragging lizard-like Tyrannosaur roaring into the air for no reason. It's far from reality, but it's charming. I did what I could to make this look like a retro painting one might find in a vintage children's book. It was fun.
