the "eye" on his head/mask absorbs UV rays, converting them to energy.
he is completely blind, and relies heavily on his hearing to find his way around
he is both bipedal and quad, as he can walk on his back legs, but to get around faster, he can run on all fours

his mask and the scales on his back that lead to his tail are made of a hard material, unable to be broken
the scales have a glow underneath them (as you can tell on the reference)
the green lines on his mask are actually his life force, and are covered by hard, hard glass. if it shatters, he is injured, and if it breaks completely, he will die.
he can slowly repair the glass, if its cracked, but it takes time and a lot of effort, so he will try to not move until it is fixed once more
he was a failed lab test, Subject ØØ2.

he can easily climb trees and very steep surfaces, using his nails to his advantage
his tail is very sturdy, and he will often use it to knock opponents off balance to give him the advantage

he will not attack you, at all, unless you attack him first
he makes strange clicking noises, sometimes mechanical hisses
