...I gotta be honest, I don't know if I like Pearl anymore. The way she trash-talked Team No-Pulp after we so unfairly lost was completely uncalled for. And Marina didn't even get to counter her with a quip or anything!
I was willing to give this salty little gremlin a chance before, but now? I just don't know.

and also everyone tends to choose Marina, since she's more popular of the two,
so the more advanced splatoon players tend to choose Pearl, since it gives them a bigger chance to go against Marina's team
It may be less of them, but they win more often
