Yeah I've been really enjoying painting all on one layer instead of using muiltiply and stuff... it feels more natural and it looks nicer and helps me improve my color usage.

Oh, yeah, that's definitely good for practice and working on images. I've done it a few times, but I usually still go back and edit with a layer or two.
