Description
The leader of a group of ruthless mercenaries, "Hellion" as he became known, was plagued by nightmares of hellish beasts and strange worlds. This led him to take the job offered to him by Malachi, having seen his and his siblings powers in the flesh and having glimpsed what he thought he recognised through their portals. Hellion and his team lured the family to some old ruins, laying an ambush that would lead to the death of the sisters. In his grief and rage Killian tore the ruins apart, throwing Hellion's team into portals and he himself deep into the depths of the ruins. Here Hellion would be reborn into a true visage of his namesake upon the discovery that the ruins were in fact a tomb. The resting place of the recently created Midnight Son. After accidentally releasing him from his shackles he instantly bit Hellion and used his lifeforce to regain his strength. Having been bitten and mauled by the Midnight Son's full form Hellion turned, not into a pure vampire, werewolf or the undead, but a combination of all. An abomination even in his makers eyes. Using the remnants of his old helmet Hellion hides his face, along with the rest of himself in the underground catacombes. His mouth sewn shut by the Midnight Son so that he cannot create another of his kind, but kept alive by a constant transfusion of blood and putrid ooze via custom made canisters. When his energy ebbs, the Midnight Son feels it's effects and he must be kept alive until a way to sever their link can be found
