Description First animation of the semester, an arrow wobble animation!
But its true purpose lies in its different staggers of frames, so here's an explanation for ya

The animation itself is composed of the background layer plus 12 frames of the arrow, but ignore the first frame, frames 2-12 are the important ones here!

The first time around, the frames are played in regular order from 2 to 12

The second time, it alternates between the next and the last frames, so it goes 2-12-3-12-4-12 and so on

The third time, it goes two frames ahead then one back, so it goes 1-2-3-2-3-4-3-4-5-4-5-6 and so on

The fourth time, it goes 3 even numbered frames, then 3 odd numbered frames, and then 3 even ones again first number +2, and same again for next 3 odd, so it goes 2-4-6-3-5-7-4-6-8-5-7-9 and so on

And that's that, for now =3

Nicely made. I would like to point out that if you extend the frames by 1 on the introduction of the arrow and increase animation speed by the same %, you will increase the total quality by a lot because you don't see a blip of an arrow in the first frame followed by the wobble.
