Description I was commissioned by my employer to create some truck icons/images for a software system I wrote to check trucks in and out of a manufacturer plant.

All good Mann. My opinion, for what its worth (haha nothing) - I don't think style is something you need to look for.. its inside you already, but it's possible in your case it's just taking its time in being able to express or "get out"

Believe it or not, I didn't really have an interest in 3D modelling at the beginning too much, until one day I found some of Ixlrlxi/600V's work and his extremely helpful tutorials.. and it just threw an instant switch in my head of really needing to get out what was in there. It took me a solid 6 months maybe longer of head banging Sketchup until it finally started to become a useful tool in letting my creativity flow.
