Don't ask me why haha.. seems like a pretty silly idea on the whole, but I wanted to make something that could fold up and descend down.... and so it became a security gatehouse!

Very nice, but a retracting guard shack? Perhaps if when it went down, something else came up to block the roadway? What someone might mistake for a very wide speed bump rises up to fill the gap in the wall?

Interesting concept. However, if lowering the gatehouse also takes away the stopgate, what is left to prevent unauthorized passing?

Haha my point exactly! I did say in my posting comment how ludicrous this is.
Perhaps there are other means to defend the facility when its retracted?!
