Oh, this is just begging for a story! (wish i could write more than a few lines at a time!).
Something on a large old estate that has been in the family for hundreds of years and though people rarely see her, the matriarch has held rule over it for as long as anyone can remember. Then this nice innocent young couple show up in response to an advertisement in a distant paper that no one on the staff knew anything about.
Reminds me of "Mystery Theater" on PBS.
