They updated it. Yeah I agree this one is better. This one is him shirtless in his overalls, while the new one is jeans with different boots.

Oh I'm just now seeing your comment. Sorry! I downloaded it off Gamebanana and I went in the downloaded skin with 'VTF Edit' and replaced all the proper files in the Ellis(mechanic) folder in the Gmod addons. Is this confusing? It took me so long to convert skins into Gmod ragdolls but It's very simple once I found out how to do it. Just PM me and I'll give you a full simple tutorial. I like your Gmod pictures btw(:
