Description This picture was taken at a Jim Henson Exhibit that was at my local art center.

I swear, the two movies that got me into wanting to be an artist. Labyrinth and Dark Crystal.

Kira was my favorite character from Dark Crystal. Despite how simple her design, she was so beautiful.

I'm sorry if the quality isn't all that good, I took this on my phone. ^^ But I still wanted to share.

It was awesome when I went there, I will be honest, I cried. Henson was one of the few big parts of my life so I was so happy when I got to see the collection.

Labyrinth was my personal fav.
I just love that both movies encouraged me to dream and scared me out of my mind XD When I was younger they scared me! X3
But still :3 love them.

My favorite scenes are the "handmade" faces and the parlant totems, and of course the corrupt goblins to tried put sarah the weight of their material objets Β‘What deep scene for a A movie!

My favorite (which might be a lot of folks favorites) is the ballroom scene, I just get all dreamy feeling when I see that.
And than of course where Sarah has to figure which door she has to go through based on who lies and who doesn't. :3

Oh yeah. The nostalgic of the good movies and the great visual effects. not the recent comercial crap with computer effects and nothing of history

It makes me wonder how it'll be with this remake I've been hearing about of Dark Crystal. I'm curious but scared at the same time XD

We need be entusiast. But depends much who direct.

For example. action movies directed by stallone have many tradicional special effects. I hope the henson company can create the special effects

Well what I heard is that they're going to use puppets, go back to how it use to be :3 Which would be great to me!
But director, I'm not sure just yet. But fun to find out! It's what me and my friends do a lot of times with movies.

I wish I could have gone to see it. We had the time, but Loki was being a fuss bucket and so we opted to go home instead.
