Description A large species of arachnid found on the first expedition to Skull Island, also known as Bamboo Spiders as they inhabit the bamboo forests of the island. They can reach 5.4-7 m(18-23 ft) in height, putting their bodies hidden above the canopy where they can release tendrils to bring prey up to their claws to be torn into edible parts.

I think they also can liquid and drain their prey's insides with the tip of their legs. Im that way they kill the first solder when they appear.

It would be awesome if you could domesticate those arachnids and be able to ride them!
