After seeing multiple drawings of potential Post-BIS Fawfuls, I figured that I should draw a new reference for MY Post-BIS Fawful!

I’ve talked plenty about my Mario AU where Fawful survives after Bowser’s Inside Story, but for those who aren’t familiar with it, here’s a shortened version of what happens:

Instead of successfully blowing himself up at the end of BIS, in his weakened state Fawful was only able to propel himself up and out of Bowser’s body.

However, despite this failure, he was able to shoot himself out at such a high speed that he ended up careening into one of the kingdoms that border the Mushroom Kingdom, Grassland.

After being stranded in Grassland’s outskirts for several days, waiting for death to take him, he was found and picked up by an old friend of his and taken back to their house so they could assist him and keep him safe while his damaged body regenerated.

While his body WAS able to fully regenerate after a while, he still has residual damage from the Dark Star which takes the form of dark, lightning-like scars that start where his heart is and move outward toward his arms and legs.
