Its a short on Cartoon Hangover on Youtube called Bee and Puppycat. Its about a girl named Bee lol and she found a puppy or cat? She doesn't really know and Puppycay is magical in some way and helps Bee do mini jobs to get quick money! Its super fun to watch!
