A painting I am doing, because a m8 of mine pointed out that my page contained, giant robots nor Asian schoolgirls....(idiot)In a halfhearted attempt to turn it in to something artistic, I called it: Stereotype
Anyways to the right we see my compromise to a schoolgirl(its more an mecha pilot, but hey ya cant have it all), finshed i n acryllic paint and ink.
Behind her stands the Iguana, a robot from the Heavy Gear universe.

Neat, but I don't think the Iguana's chest is big enough --- I can't imagine that girl squeezing in there!
Usually I only see fanart of Hunters -- neat to see a southern gear!

i think your right on the chest thing. On the other hand, the chest of those bots, only is ever big enough in the technical drwaings. In the action ones(i am talking the official dp9 stuff), they usually scale it down a bit, because to be honest, it looks kinda dumb.

i cannot not comment on this, man how i love ginat robot, especialy those that change into airplanes but we can't have everythign eh! I really like the color scheme you've got going on thre, very urban slums hitech (oxymoron?) feel too it! Also the architechture of the robot itself is very warhammer 40000 look, nice thick armour. Like the pilot but i think she could have done beter with a juimp siut of some kink, you know tubes trailing etc lol ^__^

Tight coloration, show them what anime can look like when tackled with REAL technique lol. This painting does'nt do much on color, until you look at the subtle as fuck blending. No kidding look how many different shades of white, and black etc. go into making a brown leg, great work. Nice work of tying in the blue in the background and tie, as good as detailed as this is, the lack of color threatened to make it overly monotonous, the blue shakes it up.

Good idea with the backgrond, I don't kow how you gonna do the rest of teh back, but you should keep th left side lighterto indicate something as kind of a light source (don't mind the spellig, I'm at school and half braindead)
I have nothing further to say, except that the legs of the girl look a bit off... (I have a proble wih legs too
