If I may make a suggestion, I'd advise never again basing hands on WoW's horrifically contorted models, ever. Seriously, they terrify me enough to recognize them in this medium at a glance, there is nothing hand-like about them. There's tons of great references in DA's resource section to help with hands. 
While I don't advise sticking too closely with WoW's meshes (the anatomy is pretty much bad from head to toe) and it's dangerously easy to pick up bad habits from them, you did do a nice job with your values and this is impressively loyal to the source material. I also like the strokes you've used in the hair a lot. Nicely done!

Oh of course! I stopped basing anatomy on wow models some time ago. This particular upload is a number of years old. However, I will do some major practice with hands now that you've suggested it.
