Personality
Awfully excited, friendly and hard to piss off, Noel is the very definition of "happy big bro". He's not the best when it comes to giving advice and he knows it, so his expertise is definitely cheering people up through his ridiculously goofy jokes. The boy seems to have an endless source of energy and he's hardly ever discouraged by anything, which can be a little overwhelming to slower paced people when he goes overboard. While Noel is hardly the best when it comes to wits, he doesn't accept being looked down upon and will always offer to prove himself in some way, eager to show that he's just as capable as an intelligent person. On top of all of that, he's an absolutely wonderful nanny, finding great joy in playing with children for hours to no end, usually claiming to be a hero called Orion.

Biography
Born as the only child to a couple a little older than usual, Noel never really had anyone to play with. His parents didn't have the energy to keep up with him, nor he had any siblings or close friends when growing up, since the other kids believed he was too wild to play with. Feeling lonely and rejected, the boy usually stayed by a playground alone, wishing that one day he'd have at least one friend. After a few years, to everyone's surprise, his mother got pregnant again and Noel found himself with a younger brother. He was overjoyed and was all over the new family member, often bothering him with his incessant playing and touching.
It was through interacting with his brother through the years that Noel learned that most people aren't as energetic as him and that he should control himself if he wanted to enjoy his playtime to the fullest. It was also then that he created the "Orion" persona, a hero whose adventures he told to entertain his brother. As the years passed and they grew, Noel realized that he missed taking care of kids, and that maybe that was what he wanted to do for a living. Focusing in that career, he graduated and moved out from his parent's house, arriving in Lotus Town and immediately getting a job in a daycare, much to his joy.
Nowadays he keeps contact with his family through letters, often going out of town to visit them.
