Friend's character for a forum-based roleplaying game.

Yes, she's a Spartan in MJOLNIR Mk VI armour. That's from Halo. Yes, she's carrying a Widow sniper rifle from Mass Effect 2. How do those things go together? Damned if I know. She's not my character, I just draw these things.

However, I must note that Spartan + Widow = HELLO YOU ARE NOW F**KED. I mean, c'mon.

This was supposed to be a quick sketch, but I ended up spending considerably more time on it than I'd originally planned...about five hours or so. I did crib the basic lines of the Widow from a Phil Moy piece, but the stock and bipod positioning are different from the original, in my defence.

The helmet is a little large for MJOLNIR armour. This isn't exactly a mistake per-se. I've always thought the canon helmet size is rather unrealistically dinky given the supposed scale, so I drew this more the size of a motorcycle helmet. If that bothers you, well, y'know, she's female, presumably the armour's a little slimmer.
