I'll be posting my next phase of the Four Horsemen before Halloween. I'd hoped to have them finished by now but it's a hugely complicated piece that will take some months to complete. Righteousness' horse is white and it's kind of thrown off the colour balance, but he would look cool covered in branding scars of various religious symbols. But do I have the nerve to do it? We'll see!

Agreed. I love Macrabe/ Morbid art and everytime I explore that section of DeviantArt I always find new prospectives on art and it is just really quite interesting on how we all can learn from eachother if we really choose to. And take what you will from my art! I'm still learning myself and I'd be gald to help another aspiring artist along the way.
And regarding your pestilence piece, I can truly appreciate the immense amount of detail and hidden symbolism you're pouring into it! It makes it all the better. (;

The Four Horsemen have been stewing in my brain for forty years, DA and the digital medium are my first opportunity to make it real. But now I'm getting it on "paper" reality is forcing me to slow down and pay attention to detail. It's gonna be my little Heavy Metal magnum opus in airbrush. I hope it turns out okay. LOL!

Of course... I'm more into the "darker arts", but as I said, you're other pieces show great skill as well! And religion is such a touchy subject though fun to discuss. I love reading on all types of religion. My favorite two are Buddhism and Nihilism.

That's the best part when creating art... I mean, the final product is always great to admire, though a majority of the fun, (At least for me) is in the creation itself. It's more or less as if a story is telling itself. Unraveling at your fingertips and blending together to form a a story. It's an adventure for me, to say nonetheless. (:
Regarding the horse being laced with symbols, that just makes the meaning of that horse itself all that more potent if that makes sense. (:
