First impressions, gotta say, you made good use of simple strokes in order to convey the shading of the piece. Desptie it being traditional work it looks really clean, good job on that. Overall it looks nice, there are of course a couple of things that stood out to me and may be up for some improvement.

First of all, the eyes, you might have accidentally made them out of shape since you were assuming that they were different in size because of the perspective. Yet you look at her face from an almost front view and they should be the same size. The eyebrows seem almost a bit cartoonish, since i feel like you were going for a more realistic style i feel like you could have made that a bit smoother. And the lips look a bit weird, probably because the lower lip does not align with the upper one.

Since i want to give you criticism to help you improve i have to point out that there is not really a specific light source. The shadows are a bit all over the place. I understand that you used a photo as reference but try to keep the shade organised because it can really mess up the overall ambiance of your piece.
