A birthday gift for ~JedielDanielI figured that he'll get a bunch of gifts and most of them will be pictures of his OC, who is probably the most frequently drawn OC of all the people I know.
So here's a picture of Trixie instead.

Very nicely done.
I love your use of shadows to give dimension and especially on the curtain and her cape.
I like the style making her look more equine. However, that being said, the fetlock joint looks very strange and you would probably have been better off omitting it.
Some of the shadows are still off. The cape shouldn't be nearly as bright because of the shadow and the angle the light is hitting it and her chest should be quite a bit brighter for the same reason.
I really like how you did the mane creating flows and frays rather than hard lines.
The only other thing, and this is me just being nitpicky, is the floorboards. The look like they come off at 45 degrees to the curtain and I feel like that would create an odd stage.

I'm still refining my style of drawing those joints, but I kinda like having them there to be honest
as for shadows, I totally agree that there should be more contrast on her cape and body. Sadly I only see that when people point that to me. Maybe I'll learn it one day
floor... again, you're probably right... actually, the floor is ok, the curtain is wrong, but that's just a detail... that's what I get for not following initial sketch lines

Probably the easiest way is to show the fetlock having both sides so there is an indent on the other side of the leg. Also the back of the hooves shouldn't cross so far across the line on the fetlock.

I really appreciate, when people are drawing my OC, but You actually went a step beyond, and draw my favorite character, which was very, very thoughtful of You
And not only that! You see, one of the small things, that made me realize, that there is more to Trixie than just showing off, was, when she used her magic, to make a bouquet of roses... somehow, she for second there acted so gracefully... and here, You draw her surrounded by the red roses, from the audience, on the stage, like a real respected magician.
This art is just a which coming true for me
