Hey... I'm promoting DUNG BEETLE artwork in one of my journals along with a stage play I wrote called THE DISAPPEARING DUNG BEETLE that is being released on DA weekly. I have your work linked into the piece! It'a great pic! Thanks!!!!!

The green looks quite insectoid, but I think the oil sheen is still my favorite.

Awesome renders! But I have a serious question. Which side is the front? The right seems like it would be, but the front being on the left side with the dual nose thing going on for it would look cool too...

Again, wonderful render! I really like the shaders on the middle and bottom ones. The middle one looks the most scarab-y, because scarabs are like beetles, sorta, and I've seen beetles with shells that looked a bit like that in color.
One thing that's bugging me a bit: there appear to be two shadows on the ground in each render, but the reflection on the model shows that they're outside and there should be one shadow. Even so, they're really well done!

Bitchin', mate!
Very nice sculpting, in perticular the way the "tail" dips down and complet's the nice arch from the front.
I'd say that the middle one is my favourit, color wise that is.
Keep up the good work!
