Name: Lance Crowler
Nickname: The Obelisk King

Personality: Cold, distant, thinks he's far superior than anyone in the school, and has no problem proving it.

Lance is the nephew of Dr. Crowler, and one of the best duelists in the academy. As a boy, he looked up to his uncle, often asking him for tutoring to become a great duelist like his uncle, which Dr. Crowler happily agreed to and took Lance under his wing. Being the nephew of a high tier duelist gave Lance many problems growing up. other kids teased him by saying he has no real skills and he only wins his duels because of his uncle's reputation as a teacher in one of the top dueling schools in the world, so his oppenents let him win. Instead of the mockery hurtting Lance, It only enraged him. Lance poured into his studies with an ice cold focus under his uncle, learning as many tacticts as he could learn, adding and removing cards from his deck. With this new drive to prove himself, he would duel the bullies again, but this time, betting rare cards from their decks, and he always won. Once he won the card, he threatened to tear it up right in front of the loser, but he would give it back if they became his servents. This would give him the reputuation of being a dueling tyrant, challenging anyone who would doubt his skills into becoming his slave to kick around until they could beat him to earn their freedom.
He would continue to practice this even in Duel Academy, mostly gunning after those in the Obelisk dorm, so full of themselves that he'd gladly put them in their place, under his boot where they all belong.
The only person he doesn't seem to treat awfully at all is a student from the Slifer dorm, a girl named Hanna Gallagher, that seems to have gotten his attention in particular.
