I changed the eyes to look more like snake/cat eyes, and I added a calf muscle to make it look like more muscle on her calf.

As I expected of Chamba, not only did he draw her wrong, he had to put that stupid style of his to work as well. The ears aren't part of her headband, and what the hell is going on with her mouth? Looks like he drew this on a napkin.

I don't know if hate is a word to describe my thoughts of Chamba. I didn't dislike him up until I found out he was a weak minded artist who couldn't tolerate another person's negative opinion on his style of artwork - he got pissy with me some years ago when I left a comment stating that he drew the worst Nadia fanart of all time.
Mind everyone, I never said that he can't draw, or that his skills are poor - they're amazing - yet his cartoony style and tendancy for exaggeration on certain aspects of the character (particularly mouths and the shapes of the certain limbs etc) come off as try-hard and unnecessary. He tends to draw what he thinks are kid characters more kiddie than they normally appear (look at his Megaman and other characters like them, it's cringe inducing). Also hate the fact that he tries to draw without solid lines. His coloring method is also garbage. It's like he's trying to go for full water surface reflection or something. If he ever made a full motion animation, he'd give people epileptic seizures.
There are artworks that I like though, such as his avatar drawing. That was one of his best if not THE best.

Ooo, this is interesting. Cus you can kinda feel stuff about people sometimes, but can never be too sure.
I mean, I can't tell this cus I haven't really talked to him, but by his drawing style, my immediate impression from going thru tons of his drawings is that he is not a very deep person. I mean, maybe he's hiding it somewhere, but it must be well hidden?

Yeah, I know what you mean, "more like than necessary." Hahaha, cring inducing. Funny. I guess that's his style? To make things look extra cute? Although some of the women in the comics he draws, he makes them look less pretty, not very attractive with their eyes and such sometimes, so that's why in this I added the cat like eyes (just cus it made sense, I don't know much about the character, I'm just learning!) and more shapely eyelashes.

Hmmmm, you do make sense. Never thought about it like that. Going by stuff like Random Veus, I guess I see you're point that he's not very deep at all. Very simplistic.
By weak minded, I mean he can't tolerate ANY kind of negativity directed toward his artwork. He immediately resorted to blocking me (therefore censorship of opinions rather than stopping unwanted contact from say, a stalker), saying that he loves my comments just before doing so. As an accomplished artist, you should be able to take any opinion you get, seeing as the person went through the trouble of actually trying to tell you what they thought in the first place rather than just look at the work and walk by without a word - which by the way, is objectively more rude. Not being able to stomache an opinion means you'd rather be in an praise echo chamber where you get nothing but felated all day. That's embarrassing.
Well, as far as him making things look whackier than before, I don't know how to explain it any more than what I said in the previous comment. It's like a celebration or glorification of geekiness that actually protrudes from his artwork in certain cases that generally turns me the fuck off.
When I say he tries to draw without solid lines, I mean that in the final phases of his coloring process, he attempts to do away with the entirety of his linework by changing them into slightly darker lines of the hue their attatched to. This gives a bit of a kind of real life 3D touch to it, but fails ultimately because what he's drawing is a fucking cell shaded cartoon and that doesn't work for a solid got damn color like it does in real life.
If he created an animation on Ryu vs Akuma, you'd go fucking blind dude. I'm pretty much willing to bet that he wouldn't go the route of his usual coloring scheme if he tried animating though, because it would take forever for him to finish it. But if he managed, you'd not only be blind, but convulsing on the floor from your brain trying to reorient itself after taking such an epileptic shock. The onslaught of vibrant, flashing, colors without anything solid to hold them down would cause your brain to think that it's somehow free falling in the sky while staring at the sun, and would prepare your body for death for the iminent impact below, sending you into panic attack after panic attack.
I dunno why I like some artworks of his better than others. Maybe because, though, he just tried straight up drawing and not trying to add any stylistic flare to it? I dunno. It just makes better sense to me to draw something that reflects your skill rather than your vapid personality.

Well, yeah. In God's view, he is not ashamed of his creation, so neither am I. I don't like how the world views everything with cleavage "sexy" or that just cus someone is naked (like nude art) that it is always and necessarily erotic. If it's an erotic pose, then that's different, something just for married people and they should stay home and do that.
But if it's just physicality, I'm not ashamed in portraying it.
And no, there's nothing wrong with cleavage. If people stopped being so frivolous when it comes to a girl with cleavage, all those girls that walk around thinking they have power cus they wave their boobs in people's face would lose whatever "power" they had and show up as vain idiots.
Whereas I do not draw or portray vain idiots.
