Description For DC fans of the late 1980's, the 1990's, and much of the 2000's there was only one real Flash, and he wasn't Barry Allen, he was Allen's former sidekick Wallace 'Wally' West, formerly Kid Flash.

The third and arguably the best Flash, like many of the secondary DC heroes of that period Wally was flawed, imperfect, and quite likeable.
