it really is great to see this beautiful aircraft back flying at the waddington airshow, I know i really enjoyed it, and the great thing is i live only 2-3 miles away from waddington.

The vulcan's been restored, that one was flying today at RAF waddington. Search it on Youtube and I'm sure you'll find it.

Loved that plane since being a kid. Me and my dad went to Carlise once, after talking to the guys there they let me and my dad sit in the cockpit of one of those beasts. And have a look in the bomb bay and everything.

They just finished restoring the last one on the planet that can fly!
Lastweekend the last remaining Vulcan capable of flight returned to public display at the Waddington Air show. So if you want to see one fly for real, and hear the legendary HOWL as her engines reach max thrust, get thee to a UK air show THIS SUMMER!

RIAT was fully booked for today (Before the entire Saturday was called off due to the floods). Should still be ion for tomorrow I hope. I'll be at Farnborough on the Friday for Enthusiasts day though
