I'm diggin' how your outlook on what King Cold's 4th Form would look like. From the spikes on his wrists and tail, looks like he can ascend to another level like Cooler if needed.

I read in his official bio that he was supposed to be stronger than both Frieza and Cooler. Too bad he couldn't act the part when Trucks impaled him.
