Saw your other one before and just as much a big hats off you, like the rather tattered feel of the poster but most of all how well expressed the Medic looks here being so strong and ready for the duty at hand, bravo.
Even the styling of his many tools surrounding him, a very expressive nature to the mastery of his field and that of supporting BLU.

On another note: "Schadenfreude" refers to feeling joy at the misfortune of others; this fits in well with his sadistic nature, but the actual spoken phrase doesn't make much sense as it is more of an attitude that may be observed, but is not palpable.
