UPDATE!
So I didn't win the contest. Its ok tho coz now I get to brand the artwork with the Bago Region Logo! Its a logo I used for Dare Da Friday Week 5 (Jupistorm reveal) and the Logo I plan to use for the whole region! Expect more of things like this soon

I wasn't satisfied with how the first artwork went so I added a few stuff into the artwork. Let me know what you think of the new one/update / critique me.

Snowroc's signature move is called Frost Wing
Type: Ice
PP: 15 Power: 70 Acc: 95% Added Effect: 10% chance of freezing the target.
"The target is slammed by wings covered with frost. The frost can transfer to the target leaving it frozen."

Simply put, Frost Wing is Wing Attack with a little icy punch added into it. Also, Snochic, Snowroc's prevo is not able to learn Frost Wing until it evolves into Snowroc.

In the illustration, Snowroc misses its target and hits the floor instead leaving ice spikes all around. If the move would've hit its target, it is left immobile due to being frozen.

Possible Pokemon to know Frost Wing: Articuno, Swanna

Drawing ice was pretty difficult. I had to rely more on the shading and highlights, which were hard themselves to get the effect that I want and I guess I did it.
And I almost forgot. The bg is from Glacia's battlefield in ORAS.
