My attempt at a Batwheels Nora Smithy/Fries design
Still working on the details(like the exact illness)but Nora has a chronic illness that while not necessarily immediately fatal, at least shortens her lifespan. Partly because of this and partly because it's a natural personality trait of hers, she's an easygoing person who's up for anything.
While she's not a big fan of Mr Freeze's criminal exploits, she's well aware that forcing someone to change if they don't want to is a hopeless cause so she doesn't really press the issue.
She loves snow and winter, and is a great ice skater.
