It looks very well done but there is one thing I do not like about it that really bugs me the shape of the red "waste" thing is a bit to similar in both "toilets". One thing that is common to good art is a purposeful lack of symmetry. Other than that it is pretty cool.

wow i also thought this was a photo/photo manip. from the thumbnail.
very nicely done. it kinda gives me the feeling of a group of men who are all the same you know same clothes same hair style etc. just marching into the toilets in an orderly fashion and hanging their innards upon the basins. im not really sure why that came to mind.. i guess because of the repetition used in this piece.

As per usual, a lil constructive criticism though: The black and white chequered floor tiles texture reflected in the bowls seems a lil out of place, a bit too bright, perhaps. Otherwise, this kicks (non-collective) rectum at a hundred paces!

I do feel that you could have made the other 'pooh' that we senn in the bg some what differen from the main vocal point. THis is a very niece piece of work you have here. great job.
